Movie News: Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Star Trek’ on Its Way; ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ Needs a Director

Star Trek: Quentin Tarantino (Django Unchained, above) has always been happy to talk about possible future projects, though he’s notorious for floating ideas that never come to fruition. Recently, however, he shared his idea for a Star Trek movie with producer J.J. Abrams. Now Paramount plans to assemble a so-called “writers room” to hear Tarantino’s idea and begin to put things together for an installment that he might direct after his next movie is released in 2019.
